Chibi style are -50% the base price. Full Body only. I can do multiple chibi styles so please specify. (I.E. Lee's Detective Agency: A Day in Lungmen, U Takes Terra, or some of my own.)
Bonus characters are +50% the base price each.

I, the artist:I have the right to cancel and refund the request at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to share the commissioned piece online, such as for portfolio, promotion, and professional feedback.You, the client:You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to payment.You retain the rights to the intellectual property.You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point. Please discuss this with me.I have the right to deny a commission for a multitude of reasons, including none. Such as the request and/or the client making me uncomfortable. I only work with one client at a time, and prices may vary on demand.100% upfront, I will not start working until that is paid. No refunds.
In the case of a refund I will pay you back myself, do not request a chargeback from your payment app. If this term is broken, you will lose all rights to the artwork and I'll keep the payment by supplying evidence of the finished artwork and our conversation. You will be blacklisted.Currency accepted is either USD or BRL, through PayPal and Pix respectively. Do not send me payment before I have agreed to take your commission.Your piece will be finished and delivered in three months max depending on complexity and my schedule. You do not have the right to rush me or give me a set deadline, take into consideration that I have ADHD and other disabilities. You will be notified if anything happens that could slow progress.I will give you regular updates both at your request and once a week until the piece is finalized. Means of communication vary, but it will most likely be where you've first contacted me. (i.e. Twitter, BlueSky, Discord, etc.)Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution(600 dpi) alongside a web-friendly size, PNG format. This is not a physical product, but if you wish to print it, I'll do my best to convert from RGB to CYMK for you.You must provide plenty visual reference for me to use; such as poses, characters, lighting, and background. The more the merrier as that will help me make it as accurate as possible. Please have them at hand before payment.I will be asking for reviews from time to time, to which I will only continue working with your approval. You have the right to ask for changes up to three times for free, additional ones will be charged depending on complexity. No exceptions are given unless I deem it was a mistake of my own. (i.e. a misunderstanding.)You, the client, have the right to use the commissioned piece for personal use. You are allowed to print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own if it's an OC, but not the artwork itself. You have the right to use it to promote yourself with it, credit is mandatory.
